Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

Question: What time is check-in and check-out?

Answer: Check-in commences at 3PM and check-out is by 11AM.

Question: What is your cancellation policy?

Answer:  Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 24 hour before 3 p.m. on day of arrival. Cancellations within the 24 hours cancellation policy are subject to first night’s room and tax. Home game football weekends require one month cancellation and the full amount of the stay is charged at the time of booking.

Question: Do you have in room dining?

Answer: We offer an onsite bar & café that serves small plates and offers grab-and-go breakfast items. In room dining is not available at this time. However, all guest accommodations have a wet bar with microwave & refrigerator and a multi-use table that will allow our guests an “in-room” dining option.

Question: Do you have valet parking?

Answer: We do not offer valet parking.  The onsite parking facility is in very close proximity to our main entrance with no designated parking space outside of 100 meters from entrance.

Question: Is there a bar at your hotel?

Answer: We do have a bar, TAPS Bar & Café. The bar will be open with a barista and transition early afternoon to a mixologist serving cocktails.

Question: How many rooms do you have?

Answer: We have 41 individually appointed rooms spanning  4 floors of our property.

Question: How close is your property to the heart of Downtown Clemson?

Answer: We are located at 157 Old Greenville Highway. With Memorial Stadium one block from the hotel’s entrance, downtown Clemson is a matter of minutes walking through the beautiful Clemson University campus.

Question: Do you allow pets on property?

Answer: Yes! We are a pet friendly hotel. (*Daily fee of $40 and a 1 pet per room limit.)

Question: Do you allow smoking on property?

Answer: We are a smoke free property but there will be designated outside smoking areas for your convenience.
